5 Coolest Cars of 2015!

While we discriminate against no car, sometimes it makes things interesting to dabble outside of what we’re used to. We’ve all seen and heard of many different kinds of concept cars but when you stop and really read about them, they can be awesomely mind-boggling. We put together a quick list of some of the craziest and coolest concept cars we’ve seen this year. Involved in some of them are 3D-printing, six-wheel drive, and some variation of Christmas lights. Check it out!
1.) Opel OnStar Light “Car” While this isn’t a car by most people’s standards (i.e. no wheels or steering wheel), it’s still pretty awesome to look at. It was created by Opel to showcase GM’s OnStar connectivity services and it’s made of Plexiglas and strings of light. The light car is pretty much a huge Christmas decorationand we’re very okay with that. Read more about the Opel OnStar Light Car here!

2.) Garia Mansory Prism This one is more of a car than our first one but still not quite a full blown automobile. It’s essentially a decked out golf cart that can go 0-25 in 2 seconds AND reach a top speed of 37 mph. You know…for that rogue golf ball. The speed is controlled on the dashboard and has three speed settings: golf, street, or race. They say that when you’re in race mode, the rear tires are able to spin on asphalt. Necessary? No. Awesome? Yes. Get all the awesome details here.

3.) Kahn Design Flying Huntsmen This one is actually a full blown car but it’s still only a concept…and it’s pretty monstrous. Once it does become available, we’re pretty sure you could do some serious damage with this one. It’s powered by a GM LS3 V8 making 430 HP and it has six-wheel drive. Just for a little extra love. Check out more on the Flying Huntsmen here.

4.) EDAG Light Cocoon Lightweight and powered by electricity, this sports concept car is unlike anything we’ve seen. Aside from it’s awesome appearance and aerodynamic design, this car’s body structure was created using a 3D printer. That’s right…just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier. We would love a chance to experience a car like this. Learn more here!

5.) ED Torq SDRC Once you get past this car’s stellar appearance, you’ll soon realize it’s a self-driving race car. With four electric motors, this car is said to make 1,327 pound-feet of torque with a weight of a little over 2,200 pounds. They say it’s “occupant optional”…but where’s the fun in that? Check out more details here.

If we were ever given the chance to experience any of these, there’s definitely no way we could choose just one. We can’t wait to see what 2016 brings!
