The New York Yankees’ Very Own Miguel Andujar is at Lester Glenn Chevrolet!

As you probably have heard by now, our newest Chevrolet location – Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Freehold – is now officially open…Service Center and all! While our doors have technically been open since September, we thought it would be fun to have an official Grand Opening Celebration! Our team agreed and to kick off our celebration weekend, Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Freehold is hosting New York Yankees third baseman Miguel Andujar for an autograph signing and meet & greet!

Miguel Andujar will be at our dealership from 1:00pm – 2:30pm on Saturday, November 17th. We will have photographs available to you for Miguel to sign – free of charge! The event has already generated a lot of interest in our area and we have a feeling the turnout is going to be awesome!

If you plan to attend, we encourage you to arrive as early as possible in order to secure a parking spot and an early place in line. Early in, early out! Plus…the earlier you arrive, the more time you would have to browse our rather impressive inventory! Our knowledgeable and helpful sales team will be on standby should you have any questions. After you meet Miguel Andujar and (possibly!) drive off the lot in a new Chevy, you can head right down the road to Freehold Raceway Mall and get a jump start on your holiday shopping! It’s only a few miles south of our dealership. Sounds like the perfect Saturday to us!

Join us on Saturday, November 17th at Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Freehold located at 3712 Route 9 S, Freehold, NJ 07728. We look forward to meeting you!

A Bit About Miguel Andujar

Coming off a stellar rookie year in 2018, Andujar led all MLB rookies in hits (170), doubles (47), extra-base hits (76) and multi-hit games (53). He also tied for the rookie lead in homers (27) and second in runs (83) and batting average (.297).

Andujar signed as an international free agent with the New York Yankees in July of 2011. He worked his way through the Yankee farm system and started the 2017 season with the Trenton Thunder in Trenton, NJ. Andujar made his major league debut with the Yankees in June of 2017, and then shortly after was sent down to the AAA Scranton/Wilkes-Barre affiliate team, the RailRiders, to continue his everyday playing.

He was called up again in April of 2018, and this time Andujar would stick around to put together one of the best all-around rookie years in New York Yankee history.
