For at least the last year, Lester Glenn Auto Group has been working on a variety of exciting projects, including the construction of the new building for our new Chrysler showroom! As of November 5th, the doors to our new place are officially open and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey. If you’re familiar with our previous Chrysler showroom, you’ll remember that it was quite small and the parking situation was dicey at best. The interior decor was a little dated and left something to be desired. Needless to say, the upgrade was a smart and necessary move!
While the new building was a long time coming, it almost feels like it happened overnight! From acquiring the property to obtaining the proper permits to drawing up plans, the process was not without its challenges. However, it seems like the walls went up in no time and now here we are, all cozy and moved in! With hugely improved sales and service experiences, we’re confident that our customers will welcome the upgrades with open arms.
Our brand new, state of the art Service Center boasts 23 service bays, four express service bays and a car wash…just to name a few things. Our goal is to accommodate more service customers while also completing the work in a more efficient time frame. You gave us your feedback about how things were…and we took them very seriously. Now, we’re determined to give you a faster service experience, more appointment availability and an overall updated atmosphere.
On top of the improved service process, you’ll find our showroom and waiting area to be much more comfortable and spacious than it’s ever been. We have a new, in-store charging station so you can be sure that you’ll be connected for as long as you need. Our standard complimentary coffee and donuts will still be part of your experience…with a lot more room to stretch out! We can’t wait for you to have the Lester Glenn Experience in our beautiful new space – it will be unforgettable.
