At Lester Glenn, we’re all about the customer experience. DealerRater.com, one the main automotive review platforms, helps us spread the word about those experiences. The website recently reached its 2 millionth review last month, which is a huge milestone for them. By an awesome chance, Mary Walck, the person who submitted the 2 millionth review, happened to be a Hyundai customer from our Manahawkin showroom. As a reward for being the 2 millionth review, DealerRater.com decided to make every lease payment towards Mary’s brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra!
On Tuesday, August 11th, Lester Glenn’s own President Adam Kraushaar and Vice President of Operations John Perillo, Sr. along with DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker presented Mary with a check for all of her lease payments at the Hyundai Manahawkin showroom. To celebrate, DealerRater provided a wonderful lunch for Mary and her husband and the Hyundai Manahawkin sales team. It was an awesome morning at our dealership and it was so fantastic to see a loyal customer rewarded for her car purchase. At Lester Glenn, it’s very important to us to make sure our customers are celebrated and appreciated in the best possible way. While DealerRater is the one paying for Mary’s lease, it elates us to see just how happy she is.
